Each user, whether Staff or other person, can be assigned one or more roles within the Circle of Care, each with different permissions assigned to it. Users can have different roles in different Circles.
The roles of the organisation’s staff are divided into;
Coordinates all services provided to the person by the organisation. Coordinators have full access to the service plan review. They can read all Documents and comment on them.
Users with the Admin role coordinate the administrative work for their organisation. Admins can update the Circles profile and create appointments. Do not have access to personal information, such as service events and personal plans.
Provides direct support (a service) to the person. They are trained professionals who have access to daily administrative information. Providers can read all documents and comment on them.
Provides direct support (a service) to the person. Aids are allowed access to daily administrative information. They have restricted access to complex information like a personal plans.
Comm.care allows you to share your organisations records with the client. Comm.care’s unique security access framework allows your customers to see their individual and person-centred plans, keep track of upcoming events in their calendar and monitor progress towards reaching their goals, keeping everyone on the same page.
Your customers can also share their Circle with family, friends and other support providers through Comm.care.
The Personal roles are divided into;
This role is given to the person that is legally responsible for the client. The Guardian can give access to the Circle to individual users such as family and friends. The guardian can also, if your organisation agrees, grant access to the Circle to other organisations that provide services to the client.
This role is given to the person that looks after the client just out of love, like a good neighbour, close friend or family relatives. Can read all documents and comment on them. They can also update notes.
This role is given to the person that recieves the services. Can read all documents and comment on them. They can also update notes.
