Claiming, Invoicing and Reporting

This one-on-one interactive training session will help you create bulk invoices for self-managed, plan-managed and/or NDIA managed clients and emailing them to their respective recipients. Learn how to generate activity reports and validate your billable hours.  

Session content:

✔ Validate billable hours  

✔ Generate activity reports  

✔ Create plan-managed, self-managed, and/or NDIA managed client invoices and statements  

✔ Bulk emailing invoices and statements  

✔ Downloading the bulk invoice CSV file to import in your accounting system  

What you will need for the session:

✔ You will need: Participant's email address, Plan manager email address  

✔ Progress Notes: 1 week's worth of progress notes should be entered in by your staff prior to the session  

✔ Services configured with your accounting system (Xero, MYOB, Quickbooks)
