Will I be charged for inactive users or clients?
We understand that your staff and clients may need a break before resuming work or services. Therefore, we only charge for staff accounts or client profiles with activity during the month. If there's no activity, you won't be charged the monthly fee for inactive users or clients.
What kind of documents can I add for my clients?
Documents are added in your Client’s Circle, through their Timeline. Assessments, Case Instructions, Notes and Personal Plans can be added, either using the default settings, or using a template that your organisation has uploaded or created. These templates are incredibly useful, and are completely customisable to fit your organisation’s requirements.
How secure is my client's data?
Your client’s data is secure from unauthorised internal and external access. Firewalls and password protection prevent external access, while internally, permission controls limit what can be seen by individuals and organisations. We advocate for transparency, therefore if any changes are made, the appropriate people are notified, and client consent is required to add in a new organisation or personal role into their circle.
What kind of reports can I generate from Comm.care?
Comm.care simplifies the process of gathering information needed to invoice your Clients, report to funders, feed your payroll system or manage your services. You can generate reports of Activity, NDIS Bulk claim, Claims, Accounting & Staff hours.Know more here
Can I give access to client's data outside my organisation?
Yes, Guardian or Carer role can be assigned to family members or legal guardians. The managers of the organisation will be able to control their access to client's information.
Additionally, Comm.care is the only free NDIS software wherein you can also give other organisations accessto clients' profiles and work collaboratively to help participants reach their goals.
