Why is onboarding mandatory?

Comm.care is a comprehensive platform — services, rostering, invoicing, and compliance all need to be configured correctly from the start. Providers who go through structured onboarding get to their first invoice significantly faster. NDIS and aged care are complex industries to set up correctly — we've made onboarding mandatory because it works, and we back it with a full refund if it doesn't.

What if I'm not ready yet — I don't have any clients?

That's fine. We won't start the onboarding clock until you have a first client ready to go. In the meantime you'll receive platform orientation, help articles, and a check-in at the 4-week mark. When your first client arrives, we book Session 1 within 24 hours.

I already have clients on another system. Which path is right for me?

CMS Migration. Rather than onboarding one client at a time, Pnyx configures your full organisation — every client, every staff member, every service — and delivers a go-live. Contact us and we'll scope it out.

What does the money-back guarantee cover?

What if I subscribe to both CMS and QMS?

The combined onboarding is $900 — less than the two programs separately. The CMS Starter sessions run as usual, and the QMS setup is incorporated into the same engagement, either as a second call or an extended session depending on complexity.

What happens after onboarding?

Once you're operational you move to ongoing subscription. Your account manager stays in touch with quarterly check-ins, and you'll have access to the Help Centre, Tutorial Library, and email support whenever you need it.
